About Me
Welcome to my world! I’m Mikaella from Northamptonshire, where I live with my partner, our lovely daughter Luna, three adorable cats and our other baby, Pearl the Maltese dog.
I’m happiest when I’m cooking, listening to music, reading poetry, keeping fit or diving into anything to do with health, wellbeing and skincare. I’m also a big DIY person, I love creating colourful, cosy spaces around my home and garden.
I’m 39 now, and although I’ve had some amazing jobs over the years, I always knew I wanted to build something of my own. My love for skincare started with online tutorials, curiosity led me to tattoo removal videos. There was something about the precision, the detail and the transformation that really pulled me in, especially seeing clients light up as unwanted ink begins to fade.
After lots of research, I chose my training academy and honestly, that’s where everything clicked. The feedback I received on my practical work meant the world to me... people recognised my passion, confidence and quick, precise technique, along with my ability to help clients feel safe and comfortable throughout their tattoo removal and carbon facial treatments.
That was the moment I knew I’d found my path. I truly believe loving what you do is the foundation of becoming great at it, and I’m committed to growing, learning and being the best I can in this industry every single day. Alongside my laser work, I also create my own skincare range using 100% natural, high quality ingredients, all blended by me at home with a lot of love.

Moonlight Skin is a range of 100% natural skin care products, with all ingredients carefully and lovingly selected by myself using high quality butters, oils, and essential oils. My recipes are family recipes dating back 30 plus years. I was brought up around aromatherapy oils being used in the house for all types of skin concerns, which has inspired me to develop this knowledge into my own skin care range. I have a passion for creating non toxic, chemical free products that truly nourish your skin. All my products are cruelty-free and vegan.
